Kanwal has diverse experience in end-to-end BPO value chain – solutioning, transitions, service delivery and business transformation and re-engineering through automation, analytics, cognitive computing and technology solutions. Working with Accenture for over 17 years, he was part of leadership team that set the direction and approach for service delivery- including governance model with business and Total Value Enablement for clients. His BPO career began as an initial team member at PwC Consulting establishing PW Financial Solutions, which became PwC BPO Global Business Unit.

Scott also served as a Managing Director at Accenture working with Oil & Gas, Mining, and Chemical companies in transforming their shared service operations and setting up global delivery models leveraging Accenture’s BPO operations.  While at Accenture he led the development of $2b in BPO deals that ultimately delivered $2b in operational savings for their clients. He has worked with India, The Philippines and Argentina BPO operations, managed global teams and worked as a strategic partner for clients delivering business process transformation from on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore locations.  He believes that building better outcomes for the human experience is at the heart of any transformation.

A certified Chartered Accountant and Law graduate, Ravi has 25+ years Shared Services experience with best-in-class Fortune 500 organizations including Accenture where he held several leadership positions as Managing Director with the firm. He specializes in high end Finance and Accounting processes – general ledger, closing and reporting and financial planning and analysis.

Ravi provides third party advisory services and has set up shared services for various clients to help them achieve efficiency and effectiveness in their operating model and optimized operations through standardization, re-engineering and consolidation. Having worked in India, The Philippines and US, he has deep expertise in F&A transformation, global operations delivery, consulting, strategy and solutions design and cost and working capital optimization. With strong interpersonal and client management skills and experience of managing large diverse multi-cultural and multi-locational teams, Ravi is passionate about process disruption and transformation, building trusted relationships and travel.
